Demetriou Ventures Property Management Ltd takes a building so a committee is not left to run it alone. Ioannis Demetriou is accountable for the work. The office is in Nicosia. The buildings are in Nicosia, Limassol, and Larnaca.

Running a building is two jobs. One is the place itself: the books, the inspections, the maintenance, the cleaning, and a record the committee can open without asking. The other is the people in it: owners, tenants, and a committee that has to decide together.

The aim is to help the people who live with the building, and to raise what the building is worth. Help has a hard edge. Common expenses are a debt. We follow what is owed, and we do it the same way for every owner. The person who pays should not carry the person who will not.

The committee keeps the decisions. We keep the record. What we want is a building people are glad to come home to, and neighbours who can trust the people beside them. That is worth doing. One building, then the next.
