Nicosia · Limassol · Larnaca
Advancing prosperity for a future of abundance.
Our everyday work is managing apartment buildings, with a positive impact on the owners and tenants who live in them.
Mission
A building that works for the people who own it.
Open accounts. A place that is looked after. A record every owner can trust. That is how prosperity advances — one apartment building at a time, in Nicosia, Limassol, and Larnaca.

The committee
The money, without asking.
The management committee sees it themselves. Income, expenses, and every bill that was approved. They open the books when they want. No call. No report sent later.
The portalThe portal
A phone for owners. The books for the committee.
The building maintenance portal is where a fault is reported and the work is followed. An owner sends it from the phone, with a photo. The committee opens the same building on the web — the job, the balance, and the books.
01Balance
An owner sees what they have paid and what they still owe. It is their own account, not the neighbour’s.
02Requests
A lamp, a leak, a door. The owner sends it from the phone, with a photo, and it comes to us. No chain of messages.
03Announcements
News for the whole building, posted once. A lock change, a water shut-off, a meeting. Not lost in a chat.
04Votes
Before a large job — waterproofing the roof, for example — owners vote in the portal on how the building proceeds.
05Documents
The papers an owner is entitled to open, including the insurance for the common areas.
06Signing
A document is signed inside the portal. It does not have to be printed and passed around the building.
07Calendar
The dates maintenance is happening, so residents know when someone will be in the stairs, the lift, or on the roof.
08Bill approval
The committee sees a bill, and the invoice attached to it, and approves it before the money goes out.
09Reports
Income, expenses, and the budget against what was spent. The committee runs the report in the portal, on the day they want.
10Collections
Who has paid the common expenses, and who is behind. The whole building, not one apartment.
11The work
Every request in the building, with its photo and where it stands. The committee sees the list without asking.
12Their files
Contracts, minutes, and the insurance. Open to the committee. An owner still only sees the papers they are entitled to.

The books, when they open them.
Income, expenses, the budget against what was spent, and the bills waiting for approval. Collections and the work list sit beside them. They open it themselves.
